Shipping policy

Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam folders.

Snuggslips ships consistently Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Most in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 1PM EST ship the same day. However, occasionally, orders may take longer to process, especially during peak times like the holiday season. While we strive for quick dispatch, we can't guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Generally, deliveries average 7-12 business days. Tracking info may take 1-4 days to update. In rare instances, tracking may not update, but rest assured your order will still reach you.

Recipients are responsible for any state sales duty, import fees, or customs charges. Refusing or abandoning a shipment means you forfeit any refunds. Please be aware of potential customs charges/fees in your country.

Delayed Packages

Ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we cannot redirect or refund once an order is placed. Delivery times are estimated, and carriers like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and USPS don't guarantee arrival dates. We don't assume responsibility for carrier-caused delays or weather-related delays. If a package doesn't arrive on time, consult the carrier. Packages untracked for 4 weeks are deemed missing. In such cases, Snuggslips might send a replacement. Only received orders qualify for refunds or returns.


Incorrect Addresses

Ensure you provide an accurate delivery address. Orders sent to the address provided cannot be reimbursed if not received. Lost orders due to customer errors (e.g., wrong house number) are not our responsibility. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at help@snuggslips.com, though changes can't be guaranteed. For undelivered orders, contact the carrier to modify address details.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Snuggslips provides tracking options for packages. If tracking indicates a package was "delivered" but isn't found:

  • Check around your residence.
  • Wait 36 hours; sometimes "delivered" packages are still in transit.
  • Review the shipping address.
  • Investigate delivery attempts or location details.
  • In apartment complexes, check with the rental office.
  • Inquire with family or neighbors.
  • If still missing, contact the carrier using your Tracking Number.

Customers must file claims with carriers for damaged, stolen, or lost shipments. For shipments delayed beyond 48 hours of the expected delivery date, file a claim with your local carrier. Snuggslips is not liable for packages with confirmed delivery to the provided address. If a package is stolen or lost, and you've filed a claim with the carrier and have a claim number, contact us, and we'll do our best to assist. However, Snuggslips isn't responsible for confirmed delivered packages or those lost due to provided incorrect addresses.
